All Sales Final – No Returns or Exchanges

Because every item from The Letter Lane is custom-made and personally embroidered just for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on our part (wrong name, wrong design), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will remake or replace the item at no charge.
