Production Time All orders are custom-embroidered and require 3–5 business days of production time before they ship. This does not include transit time.

Order Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Processing Delays During peak seasons or high-volume periods (holidays, events), production may take slightly longer. We'll communicate any delays via email.
